Vegan Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe Gluten-Free.

How do baking cookies ever be rapid? You usually have to get a scale, carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the bread for ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll. But I stumbled upon those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

However, what largely convinced me was that you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can combine two ingredients.

Though in the event that you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gont cover me should you eat them), however I must say yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the very first I finished the remainder within an hour.

They are fantastic for hiking trips or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep them as a fast bite in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie supposes. Simply oats and bananas.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)

Optional: The New York Times' (Vegan) Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe Well ...

two tsp cinnamon

1 little handful raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, pear

You can add pretty much whatever you like!

If you don't possess this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)

To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photograph above. It is super quick and easy.

EQUIPMENT: You just need a strong baking dish and some parchment paper, cool also.
